Event Themes, Rules, and Instructions
→Participants can choose their own theme.
★**GUIDELINES** ---
→Equipment: Participants will use the simulator equipment provided by the organizers.
→Rounds: The competition will consist of three rounds.
→Scoring: Scoring will primarily be based on completion time, accuracy, and adherence to virtual flight path constraints. Penalties will be applied for crashes or boundary violations. Takeoff and landing precision will also be taken into consideration for final evaluation.
→Fair Play: Any attempt to manipulate the software or hardware will result in immediate disqualification.
→Timing: Participants should report 30 minutes before their scheduled slot.
→Judges Decision: The judges decision regarding scores and disqualifications will be final and binding.
