Event Themes, Rules, and Instructions
โParticipants can choose their own theme.
โ **GUIDELINES** ---
โExhibit Type: Exhibits can include scale models, working prototypes, simulation demonstrations, or detailed research displays.
โSetup: Teams are responsible for bringing all necessary materials, display boards, power adapters, and protective measures for their exhibit. Limited power supply will be available.
โContent: Exhibits should include a concise title, objectives, methodology, and key findings/innovations clearly labeled.
โSafety: All prototypes and exhibits must adhere to strict safety guidelines. No live combustion or hazardous materials are permitted. Organizers reserve the right to remove unsafe exhibits.
โTiming: Teams must complete setup by the deadline provided by the coordinators.
โStaffing: At least one team member must be present at the exhibit during all designated expo hours to interact with visitors and judges.
